Pre-Team Programs

These programs emphasize the strength and flexibility, body shapes and basic skills that are necessary to advance into our competitive team program while developing a love for gymnastics.

We also work on things that we feel are valuable life skills learned through participation in competitive gymnastics. Mental discipline and focus, work ethic, a “never give up” attitude during times of struggle, resilience and the ability to bounce back from disappointment, and how to win and lose gracefully (for this is a fact of life).

We hope these important life lessons will stay with our athletes long past their years spent in a gym!

If your child’s desire is to become part of one of our gymnastics teams we would love to help them accomplish that goal with a free assessment.

If you would like to take the First step and have your child Evaluated, or would like to know more, give us a call at 603-784-5161 or use the contact form below!
