In principle, the Ninja/ MMA class will aim to teach students focus, strength, confidence, and respect for oneself and others- with an emphasis on self discipline. Just like in Ninja, we’ll work as a group to overcome mental and physical obstacles, improving our dexterity and learning the finer capabilities of our bodies and their mechanics. However, we’ll be learning in addition ways to protect ourselves and others, to maintain self discipline, or just to have a good time with yet another sport!
