Manager, Xcel Coach
Hi There! My name is Marissa and I have been teaching gymnastics for almost 15 years. When I was younger, I started helping out with parent and tot and preschool classes and have since coached just about everything. The past 8 years I have focused mostly on teaching recreational classes and Xcel team, as well as, helping out on the office side of things. Right now, you will mostly find me behind the desk, or popping into classes and teams as needed. Working at MGC has been a dream come true for me. It is an amazing thing to be a part of something from the very start and to watch it grow. I love getting to know each and every child who walks through the door and to see their excitement for a sport that is so near and dear to my heart. I live in Rindge, NH with my husband and two beautiful daughters, Oaklynn and Waylynn and will be welcoming a baby boy in August 2019.
Instructor and Office Personnel
Hey, I am Courtney. I teach beginner, intermediate and boys gymnastics. As a prior owner of a gym and mom of a gymnast, I have been in the gymnastics community for many years. I love teaching enthusiastic kids who enjoy being active and having fun at the same time. When I am not teaching, I am spending time with my three beautiful daughters. I love cooking and drawing and appreciate my own personal time to work out. I own a cute little village store in my hometown, so I dedicate much of my time there and really love the community and the nuances of small town living.

Ninja Nation Program Developer, Ninja Trainer
Hello students, parents, and coaches of MGC and Ninja Nation- I hope you’re as excited as I am to begin MGC’s revamped Ninja class! This class has been restructured and taken on by new staff as to fully embody the techniques, mechanics, and philosophy of Parkour and the Ninja ways. As for the philosophy of the class, we believe that while we want to have fun learning and practicing parkour, we also want to practice safely and avoid injury as far as possible. We also encompass the values of respect for one’s self and others, respect for surroundings (both inside and out of the gym), self control, self discipline, and team-like bonds between us and those with whom we practice. Parkour and the Ninja Sport teach us to overcome mental barriers and subsequently overcome our physical obstacles both as efficiently, and as creatively as possible- let’s work together to find full potential of skill and ability that we all have waiting to emerge. I hope to see you there!
Nikki works with our Xcel team and teaches combo gym and dance classes. She has a background in both competitive gymnastics and dance and has been a wonderful addition to our staff.
